All work is subject to a formal agreement, estimate, or invoice outlining the project scope and cost.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change based on project changes or site conditions.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon project completion unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest and collection costs.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information.

• Ensuring access to the job site.

• Securing necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Any defects due to improper installation or materials will be addressed within the warranty period as stated in your contract.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or natural events (e.g., storms, earthquakes).

• Pre-existing structural issues not disclosed at the time of the estimate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamas Masonry and Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, and written content — is the property of Mamas Masonry and Construction and may not be reused without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law
